Does the color dry quickly?

It takes a few seconds to dry .I love my pens

Yes.although the red is a tad darker ink than than the pen color.but yes,pretty close to matching as far as ink goes.hope this helps.✌

Does it make a horrible scraping noise? I used one from another company and it sounded like I’m scraping the paper with a razor.

They don't make any noises. They write great. The colors are vibrant. Make sure to store flat otherwise they dry up fast. Also, cap tightly when not using. Once they get dry, it takes awhile to get them writing again.

How much ink is in each pen?

About as much as a regular pen. I guess it will depend on how much you write and how much pressure is ued
