Spigen Tough Armor Designed for Apple Watch Case for 44mm Series SE2/6/SE/5/4 - Black

I have been using the cheap bumper style cases on my watch for a long time, but if anything caught an edge of it, the case would pop off easily. I also had an issue where the glass of the screen protectors would crack easily, rendering them useless. This new case from Spigen seems much more durable. It comes in two pieces, and encloses the top and bottom of the watch. One thing to keep in mind is that this case does not include any protection over the touchscreen portion of the watch - I preferred this and went with a Spigen tempered glass screen protector separate from the case itself. If the glass protector breaks, I can replace that without throwing away the whole case now!

I am tough on watches (broken 2 g shocks over a few years from daily wear and gym) usually when I put on my EDC it doesn't come off so when I got the apple watch as a gift I was worried about breaking a new $500 wrist computer.The Tough Armor case does exactly as described...it provides superior protection to the watch while allowing total functionality. All buttons work nearly as well as no case and the optical HR monitor is unimpeded. The matte black styling is also a plus, it matches nicely to the standard black silicone band that came with the series 5. The only thing I'm still worried about, is an impact directly on the glass, the raised bezel helps protect this, but it won't help if you catch your watch face on a kitchen counter top corner or something like that.I am very pleased with this purchase @ $14.99 it was a bargain. If Spigen could pair this case with a tempered glass screen protector it would be the ultimate in protection.

Protects the watch. But of course it gets old overtime

I used this product for almost a year. It’s a good product and is decent quality. My main issue with it is a design flaw where the rubber meets the plastic. I wear a backpack often and if one of the plastic clips from the backpack gets caught on the rubber of the case the plastic bends back and I have to push it back into place. Overall the case has saved me from multiple potential scratches and I’ve hit the case on concrete walls many times and the watch was fine.

I have this armor for my S5.It does its job which is protecting it from scratches, but it has been only 2 months since I started using it and its parts are already starting to fall apart, in a worn way which prevents me from really protecting my watch properly (I do extreme sports).If you need this protector mainly to feel safer with your expensive Apple Watch, and not much more than that, I guess this is a good choice, since even after pieces will start falling off, your watch would still be rather protected (albeit the style would look weird and funny obviously, it would look like your watch is broken).But if you REALLY do need to protect it from scratched and fall etc., I do NOT recommend this armor.

Looks much better and more upscale over the Rugged Armor. More screen protection too as there is more lip around the face.I’ve had no issues like other who said the facepiece falls off, I’m guessing they did not press down enough to fully align the slots and grooves to snap it together completely.I’m glad to pick the silver facepiece over the black as it looks great combined with the UAG band. I’ve had other people Apple Watches ask me what I have because the look just stands out over the other offerings out there.

It’s made from very cheap material. The top clip piece doesn’t stay down on top of the watch. It’s sticking up from the watch on the top side. I’m very disappointed. This same case makes the 2nd case I purchased from this site. I was under the impression that maybe i lost the first top clip piece from the 1st case i purchased, but after i ordered this second case i realized that it’s made out of cheap material and because it’s not structured to fit perfectly on top of the watch, it was gonna fall off anyways. I was gonna glue the case top piece down to my watch then i thought twice about doing so. So i will not order anymore cases or accessories from Amazon from this date. Because it’s not far for you to allow venders to send us anything after we’ve paid money for what was sold to us. I’m not gonna make a big deal out of it. I’m just not ordering anything else from you guys as that. It’s not far it’s Taking Advantage Of Us Loyal Customers.

I've had the Tough Amour case for my Apple Watch for over a year. I lost the silver cover. I contacted Spigen to see if they could replace the cover. I had not put it back on correctly. They said they were sorry but they couldn't replace just the cover, so the sent a new one for free!!! I will always buy Spigen and no other for phones and wearables.
