I thought I was buying "water crackers" and due to my not paying attention, I didn't realize I purchased "wafer crackers" until after they were delivered. My first response was a slight sigh as I had just got a hold of a wheel of brie cheese and I love eating it with water crackers.Then when I actually tried one of these wafer crackers, I am very impressed! They do a great job of providing the crunch when I take a bite with brie spread over it without taking away from the taste of the cheese. That's why I can't stand putting brie on other crackers like ritz or multi-grain because those crackers are way too thick and overwhelm the experience.After trying these wafer crackers, I think I may have found the perfect fit for my brie cheese! Even the cracked pepper cracker isn't overpowering and does a fine job.

This little cracker is perfect to spread Brie on!

Simply Delicious! Best tasting crackers I have ever had. Pretty much goes with anything like cheese, fig, tomatoes.... even itself is delicious.

Perhaps, the best tasting cracker I have ever had. Smoked cheddar with cracked pepper, hard salami, and a dollop of Dijon mustard. On a 2s Company Cracked Pepper cracker. Heavan!Transfer any (unlikely) uneaten portions to a zip lock bag to maintain cripness.

Theses crackers are great little vessels to add to your charcuterie board or just snack on alone!I love these light & airy crackers !They’re crisp. Have great flavor but not an overpowering flavor.Order. Eat. Enjoy. Repeat.
