Great for tracking food, workouts, sleep, and water intake.
I don't usually love motivational stuff but this journal is great. The intro has wonderful, science supported information about building habits and the importance of different things (sleep, sun, diet, exercise) to overall well-being.You write in the days yourself so if you miss a day you don't have to waste pages. Cons? Pages are very busy, have a lot on them, and so can be difficult to summarize visually.

Perfect Planner
I got this planner as a way to work towards improving my nutrition and exercise. Easily keeping track of what I do helps to keep me accountable and moving in a positive direction. I just bought my 2nd copy of this planner. It is so easy to use daily. I love the weekly check in pages and all of the motivational quotes along the way. I highly recommend!

Great beginning journal for weight loss
I love the look of the book and the first part of book with the explanations and important tips is awesome and beneficial. Some added tips on how to stretch would be awesome to newbies but all in all a great book. Love it.
