PetSol Ultra Bright USB Rechargeable LED Dog Safety Collar

Bought this as a variant of one i had for ages and have been very happy with. It made sense to go back to this seller when i forgot it on a holiday. This one just as good, Bright clear light, charge last ages and i have better visibility for my black scottie with a ring of light rather than a tag that gets hidden by his long face when hooked to his collar. Very lightweight even with the small charging pack, and convenient to just slip over the head. Well worth the money. I will keep this for holidays only.

We previously had a couple of 'proper' light up collars, which I was really happy with, but twice I've had to throw them away when my little darling rubbed his face in something gross making his collar too stinky to deal with. Not great financially or responsibly. Saw this which is just like a glow stick, so if he ever dares to rub his face in anything again, I can just wipe it off.You cut the collar to size - I've got it so it just pops over his head and comes back off again quite easily - so really quick when he's anxious to get out, though you could make it a bit tighter and undo and redo it each time. Perhaps a slight drawback of it being a bit looser is that he lost it once when he stuck his head under a bush and it dislodged his collar and we were round the corner before I noticed. Thankfully it's so bright we could see instantly where it was on retracing our steps! Also, the collar part had opened at the charging part, so no danger of choking.The collar is really bright with a choice of 3 settings, which we have on steady, and it's very easy to see my black dog when he's wearing his 'necklace'. Reasonably priced and the charge lasts ages, so all in all a very good purchase. Happy to recommend.

Quick charge and this was very bright. Simple cut down to size with a pair of scissors and slip over the fur missiles head and off they go. Perfect for walks at night or early morning in the winter. The only star lost is for the mini-usb connector ... not very well mounted so a bit fiddly.

The brightness of the LED is superb. I opted for the red light as our dog is a black labrador and boy does she now stand out on these dark nights as if we walked where the lighting was poor or non-existant she was virtually impossible to see.The collar is very easy to cut to size and takes literally moments to fit. The tubing and the light is extremely light yet very sturdy and for a medium to large dog probably weighs less than a leather collar, which I believe to be a big plus point as the collar doesn't appear to irritate or disturb our dog at all.I would assume that after trimming the collar it would still be light enough for the smallest of pooches. Three settings too, constant, slow flash and rapid flash. Dog lovers all want the best for their beloved 4 legged family members and if you are purchasing an item for them to wear their comfort is paramount and this collar is so in-obtrusive that our dog didn't pay it any attention after a few moments. It also makes the dog walker visible to other pedestrians and road users as apposed to a small dangling light from a collar. I would without any reservation recommend this LED collar to any dog, or cat owner - it really could be a life saver ......FANTASTIC product

I don't normally feel strongly enough to write reviews but these collars are so good I felt the need to put fingers to keyboard. I've tried many luminous, glowing or flashing collars and pendants over the years and these are by far the best I've had.PROS:-Rechargeable. I'm never going to run out of the ridiculously sized batteries you tend to need in other collars; USB charging is so commonplace these days. Probably better for the environment overall too.-Low power LEDs last plenty long enough. I'm not conscious of how often I'm having to charge them which means they're probably lasting a while. Over the winter I use them most evenings (including weekends) for 30-40 mins and I think I'm charging them once per week.-Bright. I originally bought a blue and a red (male and female collie; yes it's old fashioned but it's as good a way as any other to distinguish between two dogs in total darkness) but I had to replace the blue with a second red as I was getting blinded and losing night vision (I tend not to use a torch). I live in a very rural area and can be upwards of 1-2 miles from the nearest source of light some nights so I only need to be able to see the dogs, I don't need drivers to be able to see them. I would say that if you're walking dogs near roads blue would be the one to go for.-Easy to use. I cut them to size and fastened them once and now I slip them over the dogs heads and put their normal collars through so they don't slip off.CONS:I don't have any specific cons, only couple of questions I can't answer yet.-Longevity. I've only had these for 3 months, my last collars lasted 4 years (they were nowhere near as good though) and I'm not sure the rechargeable batteries in these will last that long. I may be proved wrong though so don't hold me to this.-Connection. I think that if you were connecting and disconnecting these each time you used them they may become loose. This is why I slip mine over the dogs' heads.Overall, a 5 star buy.

This is a great item. We bought this to replace our old one that wasn’t holding its charge anymore. This one is quick to charge and easy to fit. The best thing about this is it has lights all the way round so it doesn’t matter how it is positioned - our old one had the light only near the power pack, which ultimately swung to the bottom and you couldn’t see the light very well. We don’t have that issue with this one
