This product is listed for hundreds less than LG or any other big brand name. I bought the 14,000BTU and I have it in a 380 square foot room with 12 foot ceilings above a garage (in Tampa, FL). This machine works great! The condenser kicks on when needed too cool, then diverts to fan once it has reached temperature. I have a thermometer on the opposite side of the room and it usually reads spot on for the temperature set on the AC! The unit can be a little loud once the condenser kicks on, but all floor units are like that and I will say this unit ended up being quieter than I thought it would be. I have been running this machine every day for about 6-10 hours for over a month. No difference in sounds or temperature. Overall, very happy with the purchase I hope it lasts us a long time.

This thing gets COLD. The 14000btu unit is great. A little noisy but is way cold we that other recognized brands.

This unit worked great for the first day. It pumped out great ice cold air and was pretty quiet compared to our old unit. After that the first day, it became super loud, and would randomly blow hot air before switching to back to somewhat cold air. Last night it started tripping the breaker on any circuit it was plugged into in our house. Now we have to pay the shipping to send this defective unit back which is a scam. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Noise is loud works well

i'm just so happy to have this cooler it cools off my room of about 250sqft very quickly, fairly simple to install, the noise levels i haven't tried them all because the noise is welcomed, it makes all outside noises go away, i would recommend this to anybody who needs to cool off a large space room quickly, remote control looks easy enough to use although i just manually turn it off and on

I used it in a small apartment's living room. On hot days, it cuts the edge off, which is why I bought it. I don't expect it to go ice cools. Is pretty noisy though. When I have friends over, I have to turn it off if we want to have a quiet conversation.

I bought this air conditioners for my bedroom because my husband and I want the real cool temperature but the kids feel too cold for them. So we bought this one and the air conditioner work really good cool down so quick .it came with the remote control aslo with wheels on the bottom very convenient. This machine is also a dehumidifier but I haven't try yet

Received earlier than expected. Easy to set up and works great. Cooled our upstairs floor of 800sq.ft.from 78*down to 70*in about 20 minutes. Placed in dining room,now my wife and I can cook and bake in the hot weather without worrying about heating up the house. Also great price on a 14000 btu unit.
