HP Probook 640 G1 14in Laptop, Intel Core i5-4300M 2.6GHz, 8GB Ram, 1TB Hard Drive, DVDRW, Webcam, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

Shopped around quite a bit and did a little research. Found that most older cpu's could not handle multiple open windows and tasks without slowing down. I have had no problems with this computer at all. Excellent at least for office work and surfing. Have not tried to run any games on it.

Worst laptop I’ve ever purchased. Goin back to Dell. Slower than dial up. Loading anything or bringing up a page takes 30 minutes. Obviously it was not completely refurbished. Don’t have time, Tryin to run a business.

My husband and I both purchased on of these laptops. Well cheap is exactly that CHEAP. My computer kept going off and found out the cord was bad. After my husband has only turned on the laptop three or four times, cannot get the sign in screen up. When we called the tech support about it, I was cut off from the tech person. I tried to call back and had to leave a message. I have done this for three days and NO ONE is calling me back. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP. DO NOT PURCHASE this LAPTOP! Scammers! I will NEVER purchase a refurbished computer on Amazon EVER again. I also had trouble with a computer I purchased and ended up buying a new computer from Best Buy! STAY AWAY!

The computer works fine but I thought it had Bluetooth built in. When I looking at it on Amazon I asked if it had Bluetooth and it popped up yes. But when I got it out didn't have it. Then I checked again and if you go to the bottom answer it says it may or may not have it. I just wish they would have been clear about it right up front. Also I mistakenly thought it had a fingerprint scanner. I'm really sure what this little black bar is for lol.Also I had ordered two and one had a damaged keyboard but the costume service had no problem with replacing the laptop and did a so fast.Long and short, I'm happy with it.

Finally I found the perfect HP 640 G1 with decent upgrades. This machine may be older but it does everything and anything I need. I could have bought a brand new Laptop of any brand but I specifically wanted the HP 640 G1. This is my 2nd one. They last forever.

Not great quality, not bad quality. Sits somewhere in the middle. It takes a long time to boot up. You can't run too many programs at once or it slows it way down. My gigablast internet is wasted on it. It serves the purpose, which was to do basic business. Definitely would not recommend if you need a fast, powerful computer, but it's fine if you're an older person, or someone just looking for the basics.

OK so guys i bought this laptop for my mom as a gift and from my surprise the current negative reviews made me so skeptical but come to find out its the users fault for the laptops issues i have had no problem since purchasing it so i see the review those people made as biased based on what did to the laptop not the sellers issue

The computer looks brand new even though it was refurbished. Works great have no problems would recommend it to anyone.
