Poor product, please avoid!
I have used this product a handful of times over the past month and the material on the inside material of the bottoms has been shedding everywhere! I now have a hole in the middle of them! I deliberately ordered a larger size for more room for movement but this has not made a difference. While it does make you sweat, I would not recommend this product at all!!

This is really good and I sweat buckets
This is really good and I sweat buckets. Once constructive thing I might add is to perhaps put zips on the trouser and top pockets. I wear this to do body combat which has a lot of jumping and kicking and the pockets tend to come out which is annoying but not the end of the world. If zips can be added it would be perfect.
