Q: will it cool a thread ripper 1950X this was the only cooler i could find for a 1950x

Its specifically designed for the larger 1950x but I went with the Noctua NH-U14S which is taller and just fits in my Corsair Med Tower case. Cools excellently

If you are using this on thredripper, it blows toward the rear. It cannot be rotated
