So far so good in all my recipes. I love the bulk for the price. Product is comparable to expensive cassava flour in stores.

Good quality product. Nice and fresh.I like fresh yuca better, but wife prefers this!Due to digestive problems, one can't eat potatoes or nightshades, so we substituted yuca/manioc for a starchy vegetable. Got used to eating it in Peru.

3/4 a cup of cassava flour = 1 cup of wheat flour, making this flour usable for so many tasks, anything you would use wheat flour for. I am corn allergic and wheat intolerant, this is the closest flour to wheat flour in texture and usefulness I can find. I absolutely love this flour. This particular flour was the best deal I have seen for Cassava as well. I recommend it to all people with corn allergies because we have to make most everything from scratch.

Quality seems to be on par with the other, more expensive brands that maxed out at six pounds. I can get ten pounds for the same price with this brand. I did notice upon opening the bag that there were some clumps of some hard, brownish material attached to the plastic liner inside the bag. I do sift my flour. So far I’ve been able to separate out a few small pieces that fell into the bag plus a few small gritty pieces that are part of the texture of the flour. This flour makes an amazing chocolate cake listed on Otto’s website as well as a lovely paleo banana bread and wraps recipes I found online even though I’m not paleo, just gluten and lectin free.

Love this grain free alternative. Came well packaged and good value for the large quantity.

Great price for 10 lbs of Casava flour! Arrived as described.

While cheap, the quality is not as good as the previous brand I bought. When used in bread, it baked up much drier.

It met my expectations.
