Bang For Your Buck!
Descrete packing and fast shipping. This company was the only one I could find that had the most quantity at the best price. As far as quality goes I've not had to use one yet so I'll be updating when I do. The packaging came as a normal package in the vanilla envelope packaging that all Amazon packages come in with no hint to what was inside which was nice. It comes as a case (a small box) with 10 bags of 10 syringes. The syringes have the normal bright orange caps at either end for protection. Two differences I noticed was the lettering/numbering on the shaft/barrel of the syringe is in bold print which makes it easier for people with vision problems. The other is inside the shaft/barrel the plunger has a double plunger effect kind of thing (look at the pictures and video to understand that better) for what reason I'm unsure. The plunger moves freely without any hiccups or catches. Overall seems to be a pretty great product from a good company. The only downfall was the amount of time shipping did take which was like a 2 to 3 week wait, it may have taken longer than other companies but for the price difference I was super okay with that. I will be buying these from here on out as long as the needle is sharp and there are no defects in the bevel of the needle.Update: Okay so I have had adequate enough time using them to give a better review. These are different from other brands I've used before as far as the plunger inside the shaft, it feels super loose like it could almost slide right out but it doesn't. It is the smoothest brand I have found. As far as the bevel and its sharpness it passed with flying colors. Super sharp and so far no flaws in the bevel itself which is nice. All in all super awesome product at a super awesome price!

Cheap means cheap with this item!
I buy these for my fiancé whom is diabetic let me begin with how very cheap this product is first off I have been poked myself by nearly every single package I have picked up because the tops are off the needles that are inside the sealed bags so the needles themselves are protruding through the bags and poking my fingers when I go to grab a bag to do his insulin shot it’s like being attacked every time I go to do the insulin it’s terrible.secondly the tips are barbed in nearly every needle and if you’ve ever Experienced putting a barbed needle in your skin let me tell you it is an experience you do not want to experience it’s terrible it’s terrible for your veins it’s terrible for you and the pain is excruciating something a brand new needle should never ever do to you. My mom used to say you get what you pay for and in this case I guess I did because I went for the cheaper product because we are in such a tight budget due to Covid and losing our jobs and everything else and I wish I hadn’t because I ended up with nearly half of the box had to be thrown out literally they we’re never even used such a waste this product shouldn’t even be on the shelf at brand should be taken off completely and any other cheap ones like this. Nobody who’s on a budget should have to go crazy and buy needles like BD brand when they’re diabetic it’s ridiculous to pay $100 for 100 needles when you’re diabetic and you have to have them there’s so many brands out there that you can buy 100 of them for 14 $15 but it’s turned into such a competitive thing that now you have to shop around and find them it’s really sad because diabetics should get needles for free I think anyways I don’t recommend this product to anybody stay away from this product unless you intended throwing half of them away and hurting yourself

Low quality, but they work...
As far as quality goes, these are definitely at the low end of the spectrum....That being said, they get the job done...The thing i didn't like most was the "error" in the description of the product...It states that each syringe comes individually wrapped but that's not true...The box has the usual 10 packs of 10. I know this sounds pretty minor, but when i was comparison shopping, that was my deciding factor for going with this brand....If you like your syringes individually wrapped, go with Brandzig...The cost was a little higher...This brand was $16 whereas the Brandzig brand was $20...

Smooth and easy
When it comes to needles, I will be the first to say, I don't like 'em! However, after years of oral meds to treat my diabetes, it became necessary for insulin injections. But when I was advised its insulin or plan for my own funeral, well, I reluctantly agreed with the doctors.I tried a couple different syringes found locally in different drugstores. One was ok, but not spectacular. Tried a shorter design, and slimmer barrel. Bad idea. The plunger flexed so bad it was almost impossible to keep my hand steady enough to use it. Then I tried Care Touch syringes and found what I believe is the best all round for my needs.Unlike other brands I've tried, the plunger operates with absolute smoothness. Doesn't flex, stick, or draw air from the vile. The needle is polished and lubricated fully with silicon. There are times when I have to look twice if I actually have injected myself. Yes, its that smooth. And this is coming from a complete needle skiddish person. I no longer have to talk myself into my morning dose of insulin. Its over in a jiffy. The alcohol I wipe the injection site takes longer to dry than the injection itself.

Crappy
These are the worst you could possibly use. You can't pull a flash with the plunger that comes with it
