Sharp out of the box
I like the size, grip, ease of cutting especially. It replaces my 8 inch chefs knife which was too much for some tasks, I can dice, mince with ease due to its belly. It's super sharp. Great knife. Blade on thin side so not for coconuts.

Good Quality & Easy to handle!
I have small hands and find using a large chef's knife awkward, so decided to try the Victorinox 5" Cook's knife. The knife is comfortable to use, well constructed, and reasonably priced. The blade is sharp, and hopefully will remain so for a long time.

Best knife ever owned!
Love how sharp this knife is and the ease of cutting that comes with that. My husband bought me an assortment of Victorinox knives for Christmas in 2022 and I loved them, the 5 in knife is the most used so we decided to gift our sister in law with the same one and she also loves it!

Punches above it's price
I bought this so I could start training my kids to be kitchen helpers, but it has become my go-to knife for most kitchen tasks. It takes a wicked sharp edge and is exceptionally handy. Like other Victorinox blades, this dulls a little faster than some other steels, but it is easy to touch up and razor sharp once you do. Makes other $100+ knives in my kitchen irrelevant.

The case it came in said china the knife says Switzerland not sure if it real or not.

So far so good
Been using a few months and still holding it's edge. Not sure how long that will last but good at the moment.Grippy easy to use/non slip handle (I have large hands)A quality product but the handle while easy to use looks a bit cheap, so a knife to use rather than show off.

Couteau avec tranchant top
Victorinox fait des couteaux de grandes qualités, celui ci ne déroge pas à leur réputation.Couteau de taille idéal pour moi, pour être emmener lors de weekend ou des vacances.Prise en main très agréable avec un manche revêtu d un grip qui permet de ne pas glisser en main.Lame inox, avec tranchant redoutable... attention aux doigts !! Inutile de l affûter ça coupe !!! Très très satisfait de cet achat 👍

Kitchen knife victorinox
Products took long to be delivered.. got it today ..well packed if you see the pictures.Blade is pretty sharp in the middle but the edge of the blade near the handle seems to be blunt..The first thing sliced was a tomato 🍅 and man! It did not disappoint me..Well the black handle of the knife is amazing when i talk about the grip.... But saw a bit of marks on it Light weight knifeThe blade is of 12 cm long and it's good enough for a kitchen knife...Go for it nothing to complain about
