Viet Way Rice Noodle Sticks for Pho, 14oz (3 Packs) (L)

The Pork Pho I made with these noodles was great. I know from the very 1st bite when my wife went Mmm!!

I love these noodles!!! Quick, easy, and tasty! I would boil them for 5 minutes, instead of 7, if you like aldente noodles. I like a little chew on my noodles. One bag will feed an army! They taste like fresh noodles!

Yep, these are rice noodles; refrigerated rice noodles are still preferred, but these are good if soaked and parboiled to soften before tossing in with sauce (otherwise they take up all the liquid and the dish turns out very dry).

These noodles are light and perfect texture unlike some that are thick and heavy. I use these in place of regular fettuccine as we are gluten free, these work well with all kinds of sauces and in soups. Love them!

I use them for nearly every noodle dish I prepare including stroganoff, linguine and clams, spaghetti, soups, etc. The noodles are delicious on their own, contributing their flavor and firmness throughout the cooking process - adapting to the spices and layers of flavor in your meal.

This rice noodles are in very good flavor. It’s even better than the soup I got in restaurants. I really enjoy it and feel thankful to have wonderful homemade Pho.

I have pho most days for lunch and these are my favorite. They stand up well and taste more authentic than what you get from the grocery store.

These are extremely wide rice noodles like linguini and don't result in wonderful tasting pho like a thinner noodle. Disappointing. A more accurate description would be helpful.
