Q: Is this harvest bc200 antenna pre-tuned?

Yes it is pretuned. I didnt have to do anything to it and it gets 1.2:1 or less swr on 462 and 467 mghz. With my btech 50x1, i am reaching repeaters 120 and 150 miles away on this antenna about 25 ft in the air.

Q: Is there any additional mounting hardware needed to mount this antenna?

Nope. Mount right on to a standard antenna mast. Mine is on a 20 foot 1.25 inch wire fence top rail. Everything needed was included.

Q: So which is it, i am looking to purchase this antenna and it is saying pre-tuned with less that 1.5 swr on the band. is this pre-tuned?

Yes this aerial is resonant for GMRS frequencies 462Mhz UHF. Nothing to tune.
