Take one everyday. Read reviews on it before purchasing and it definitely did the job for that unexplained foul odor that can not be treated with antibiotics and/or yeast medications... I also read that one should take probiotic live cultures with it but I found taking folic acid was more than enough...who knows, maybe in the near future the medical field will connect a lack of folic acid to vaginal infections/odor. **I'm seriously embarrassed *** to be writing this review but I know how helpful other reviews were for me when researching a product to help in my recent "woman" issue.I would also like to add that when I do relax on taking them everyday, I do begin to feel a bit tired again and begin to feel unclean in the vaginal area (despite numerous showers)... I'm not a medical professional so I can not explain how and why the folic acid works... but it does. I am planning on visiting a different gynecologist soon and FORCE them to check everything... Will give update. Have been taking this folic acid for about 9 months now and you will notice a difference within 24-48 hrs!!!

Why pay more?
I'm trying to conceive and figured I had better get some folic acid. So, being me, I tried to find a product with decent reviews and was cheap. I stumbled across this one and couldn't be happier. It's a simple product, one that works, and one that is a fair price.

3 months taking it and I feel good. Not side efects. I'm taking it because my last pregnancy my baby came with a lot health problems including spina bifida and hydrocephalus. Now I'm taking care of my health to get ready again.

Good source of Folic acid and very helpful if you take a benzodiapenine.
Good supply of Folic acid which benzodiapenine deplete and causes temporary problems with absorption.Some people will need extra Folic acid and this is a good supplement for many different health situations such as pregnancy or benzodiapenine use. As with most things the average person probably gets enough from their diet.I hope this is useful to some people
