This mug really does keep cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot for hours. One time I was sipping on three-hour-old coffee because it was still hot. The only concern I have with this mug is the lid. I didn't get a good visual before I bought the mug, but the open/closed flap on the lid is made of very thin plastic, and I'm afraid that will break if I open and close the lid too often or too firmly. I just stick a straw in the mouth piece to limit the lids chance of breaking. Other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Really love the mug. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. 16oz takes the liquid all the way to the top tho. I had to remove almost 2oz to get the lid on. It would be nice to have it a little taller.

Does not seal tight nor does it fit in a car cup-holder. The primary function for me is as a travel mug. I do like the feel and thermal performance.

Great looking cup but no worth to buy, I spilled coffe all over my clothes cuz the lid has a little hole I’m guessing for the air to come out when you close it but not only the air comes out, it also the coffe comes out! For me was just annoying and I regretted not buying the Starbucks ones that I know are great! I hope the seller can come with a solution because I’m. It the only costumer complaining for the same problem!

Great cup and keeps drunk hot and cold for a long time! The locking lid sucks though, when it is on it hits the bridge of your nose! I took mine off which defeats the purpose of leak proof! But I use at my desk, so I love the color and durability.

Really like it, definitely recommend! Totally great quality for the price. I am a coffee cup snob. The lining is nice and sleek/thin, and still insulated very well. Love especially that the top is clear. I wish they had the same cup but a bit taller! Still love it though!

Cute cup wife loves it. The colour so offer scrapes off but this one has held up perfect. The flip up part for the spout I thought once receiving was going to be the weak link but like I said it has held up perfect. Keeps coffee warm for hours with style!

I really wanted to love this thermos. I love the color and look, and it keeps my coffee warm for a good-ish amount of time, I just wish it was a little more leak proof. I have spilled 2,781,236 times since I've been using it.... which has been the last 2 days :(
