Great pre workout! Does not make you feel jittery and gets you through those rough workouts! Taste is great , my husband even drinks it!!

I tried one of these beverages at a local convenience store, but at an expensive price. Nevertheless, I was hooked and began my hunt to find this beverage, but at a much lower price and larger quantity. I went on Google search, and found just that, on Amazon. Thanks GNC and Amazon!

Hits hard

This drink definitely gives you an awesome boost. I initially took 1/2 of a can to make sure I didn't have any adverse side effects (since I had read that some users had bad side effects) and I did not have any side effects whatsoever. However, the next day I upped my dose to 3/4 of a can and about 20 minutes after I drank it my palms became ridiculously itchy. The itchiness lasted for about 15 minutes. I was able to still workout and I had an amazing workout!Conclusion, be careful to not drink too much - test the dosing. I am a male, 32 years old, 195 lbs and I'll be sticking to half of a can. Also, if you drink coffee, be careful to not overdo it since this has significant caffeine.

I really liked these. The flavor wasn’t too sour. I felt the rush for a good hour or two and had some great workouts. I’d definitely buy again but I think price wise it’s smarter to just buy the powdered pre workout. Same taste but you get more doses than you would from a pack of these.

I love lit! I noticed the cans are more affective and taste better! I have tried the lit and lit AF pre workout in powder I don’t like the taste and the feeling it doesn’t last to me.2nd time ordering I ordered gummy worm flavor instead I received sno cone and and a beat up pack with two cans broken.

Has a lot of caffeine, so watch that if you are sensitive. I get all tingly when I drink this. I use if about half the time for pre-workout and about half the time for just an energy drink. Fantastic stuff. It's my go to now
