Email not working / telephone neither / contact us form online not working
I am getting worried that I will never see my 40 gbp back. I printed the label for return and post it through Royal Mail on the 9th. Since then nothing happened.Tried to send an email but it says undeliverable. Tried to fill a form on their website (sunrise packaging) but it does not work for some ‘error’. Tried to call and nobody picks up. I am starting to think that maybe it was a scam. Please Sunrise packaging, if you exist / if you ever read this, let us know.
