Great for restless sleep
My homeopathic doctor has had me on this for years. I find that I do not have to take it consistently every day, but more for bouts of a couple weeks to a couple months at a time. Basically until I'm sleeping better.It will not knock you out or make you feel drugged a la Father Of The Bride II or anything like that. It's for a specific type of sleeplessness related to your brain not being able to shut down so that you can fall asleep. I find that often when I lay down to go to bed, my brain is still going 100 miles an hour and I lay there thinking about all the things I didn't do or need to do, etc, and I toss and turn for hours. This supplement quiets your brain, brings your body's energy from the head back down to the stomach where it should be, and allows for your brain to get into sleep mode. It is very effective for me!

Did not work
This product did not help me sleep. I have had this problem of not sleeping for the last month. This did not help me.

Helps with anxiety and depression
Been using this stuff for about 4-5 years now! My naturopathic doctor gave me this stuff and I’ve been using it ever since. I used to get really bad panic attacks and I can’t take Xanax when I’m working cuz it would zone me out plus I hated taking any medication! I can take this stuff during the day as needed and It would take away my anxiety without making me zoned out! Sometimes it would make me a little sleepy so I would just drink a little bit of coffee and I would feel fine.

Great when you need a little help falling asleep
This product is terrific. I struggle with sleep on occasion and these Zizyphus Sleep tabs really do help quite a bit. I take them when I am feeling a bit frazzled and hyper at bedtime. Highly recommend. I also like that they aren't melatonin based.

I am a chronic insomniac, and with this I can finally get a good nights sleep!

Not sure
I was reccomended these by my acupuncturist to help with sleep. I took the reccomended does and didn't notice a difference but was super tired/groggy the entire next day 😬 I stopped taking them as this kept reaccuring. One day, I had to leave work early, I was so tired.
