Real person. Real review.I bought the product shortly after I upgraded to the new iPhone and watch. I read all the reviews about it not charging or breaking after a short amount of time and decided to try it anyways.One thing I made sure to do was buy the correct wall adapter. (Amazon has a two pack for cheap)After having it for quite awhile with the correct adapter I still have not had a single issue with it. I wake up every day and both my watch and phone are fully charged.My girlfriend liked using the charger for her phone and watch so much that I bought her one also. (So much for that spare wall adapter, right?)This is a great product. Don’t let the reviews fool you. If people paid attention to important information and handled their property with more care this product would receive even higher marks.If I were to ever manage to break my phone/watch charger I would not hesitate to buy another one of these.6+ months later after making the review above, I still have the same charger and wall adapter. Still works great.1+ year later and I am still having NO ISSUES. I like this charger so much I had to come back and give an update. Definitely buy this if you’re an apple user.2+ years later and I still am on the original charger I bought. BUY THE RIGHT ADAPTER AND I PROMISE YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Great for charging my iPhone XS Max, terrible for charging my Apple Watch 4. iPhone charges as quickly on this dock as with a lightning cable, but Apple Watch takes forever to charge—hours, literally, even if iPhone is not charging, whereas the standard Apple charger fully charges the watch in about an hour from a nearly dead state. And yes, this charger is connected to the highest specified adapter option for voltage and amperage. Only keeping because it is a hassle to return and it works well for phone, but will probably resume using original Apple charger cable since I like to also sleep with Watch on my wrist, and this simply does not charge it quickly enough after a day’s use.

After reading all the one star reviews stating that the charger didn't work or didn't perform as described, I almost passed this charger by. Glad I didn't! When used with the properly rated power unit, the wireless charger fully charges my iPhone 8 and iWatch 3 simultaneously. After reading the product description fully, it stated the proper type of power unit that must be used to get proper charging results. Doesn't take up too much space on my night stand and looks great! Only one cord needed to charge two wireless charging capable devices. All device functions (Watch and phone) are available while units are on the charger. Highly recommend.

the qi for the phone is fine, however when you're charging the watch and the phone at the same time the watch starts and stops charging ever 30-60 seconds, and it drives me crazy because every time the watch starts charging it makes a chiming sound. it also takes forever to charge the watch, but less than 45 mins to charge the phone. it takes it about 90 mins to charge the watch from about 45% to 90% the takes about another 45mics to charge it from 90% to 100%.I would not recommend if you want to give your watch a few more hours or charge it to sleep with it.

I like using Qi chargers in general so gave this a shot. It works well and looks pretty cool on my desk. I like that it charges my phone and apple watch together. The only con is my phone gets hot when charging, but both the phone and watch charge pretty quickly. Otherwise a nice purchase. Im considering getting another as a gift to my sister for Christmas.

Claims to charge the iWatch 4. IT DOES NOT. It charges my iPhone XS in both landscape and portrait mode great. If you move the iWatch around a little it will sometimes start to charge it but it will stop at so point. I finally got it to start charging the iWatch 4 last night and this morning after 8 hours it was at 48%. It was at 65% when it started charging. I am using the Qualcomm 3.0 adapter as they stated. This will go back. Apple has changed the Qi stack on their watches so you have to make sure the charger has been certified by Apple. I assumed FACEVER did this because they advertise it charges iWatch 1/2/3/4. Misleading description.

I read many reviews and realized it is important to follow manufacturer's instructions to avoid unnecessary troubleshooting and frustrations that I found in many of the 1-star reviews.However, to be fair, couple of those negative reviews stopped me from buying another charger for my family. One review says that the apple watch had a battery failure as a consequence of this charger use, according to the reviewer. Such, I decided to take off my apple watch off the charger instead of leaving it hanging there overnight. I don't know if it is true, but not willing to test it on my watch. This topic needs more information.The second concern is that one reviewer mentioned that the charger had fantastic performance that had ended after one month of use.. I will see if it is true soon enough :)Finally, my overall impression is that this charger is beautiful and futuristic in its presentation, it works great for 4 days. I suspect that the range of power adaptors that can be used with this charger is limited and not fully tested by the manufacturer, which causes all sorts of failures and controversial reviews. I hope that the manufacturer can address the issue of power range and the issue of possible power damage of devises.I give it 5 stars :)

I left a review for the same product (under a different name) from another seller. This is identical in functionality to it. In that, the charge to the Apple Watch keeps dropping at regular intervals. this tells me that it is the same product under a different name. I am going to let amazon know all the similar products sold by any seller are faulty.I am using a 2W adapter, and the charge keeps dropping even when charging just the Apple Watch, no matter whether you charge Apple Watch series 1 or 4.
