Works fantastic! Some mods were required.
Bought as Amazon Warehouse Deal. Box okay, panel had been dropped causing slightly deformed corner on door, high voltage guard broken at 1 mount. Neither problem was a show-stopper, just minor annoyance and easily repaired (5 minutes). 120vac power connector *IS NOT GROUNDED*. Ground pin on connector is not connected.5 x Smonet wireless HD cameras, up to 1Amp each. So far, so good. Set voltage output for 13 so cameras are powered and battery to be charged. Might add a schottky diode later to isolate battery charge line to allow use/charge of lithium phosphate battery pack.Power switch turns off 120v converter, but does not disconnect battery from cameras. Was surprised when arc'd a camera lead during install after unplugging power cord and turning off panel. Perhaps a security feature, but was unexpected.Should have realized prior that this panel only has knockout blanks. Used 1/2" Rolex clamps to secure camera leads ran through a short piece of rubber hose. Should keep dirt daubers out. Might need to glue in a piece of window screen over vent holes to keep insects out. This is not an outdoor enclosure, but installed in protected outdoor location and grounded panel door & box.

Great product
This is the second one of these I have purchased and used to provide battery backup to alarm systems. I'll be ordering my third very soon.

Nice unit, needed to adjust voltage
Just keep in mind to adjust voltage so you don't fry your battery.

STARTED STRONG BUT ULTIMATELY FAILED
I was initially very excited about the Xenocam 9 Channel 12V 10Amp DC Power Supply Unit. It seemed like the perfect solution for powering my CCTV cameras and other security devices. For the first few weeks, it worked flawlessly, providing consistent power to all my connected devices. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment.STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLYOut of nowhere, the unit just stopped working. One day it was powering everything just fine, and the next day, nothing. It won’t power up at all, which leaves my entire security system offline. This is a huge letdown, especially for something that’s supposed to be a critical part of a security setup. The fact that it failed so soon is extremely frustrating and concerning.UNRELIABLE AND UNPREDICTABLEThe whole point of having a regulated power supply unit is to ensure reliable, stable power for your devices, but this Xenocam unit failed miserably in that regard. I can’t trust a power supply that could just stop working out of the blue. When dealing with security systems, reliability is non-negotiable, and this product simply doesn’t deliver.POOR QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTIONConsidering it’s a metal boxed cabinet, I expected the build quality to be more robust. However, the internals seem cheaply made and poorly assembled. It’s not what I’d expect from a product that’s meant to protect and power critical security equipment. The fact that it died after just a few weeks suggests that corners were cut in its manufacturing.DISAPPOINTING VALUE FOR MONEYGiven its performance, or lack thereof, this power supply unit is definitely not worth the money. It’s supposed to be a long-term solution, but it didn’t even last a month. For the price I paid, I expected something reliable and durable, not a product that fails almost immediately.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SECURITY SYSTEMSOverall, I’m extremely disappointed with the Xenocam 9 Channel 12V 10Amp DC Power Supply Unit. It started out promising, but its sudden failure has left me scrambling to find a replacement. I can’t recommend this product to anyone who needs a reliable power supply for their security system. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more dependable option.

A really handy way to power modems, routers, VoIP gateways, etc.
This is a nice, clean way to eliminate a bunch of small power supplies for your remote jobsite or small-office IT closet AND add a battery backup. Most small network gear runs on 12V, and you an just clip off the power supply and wire into one of these. As a bonus, adding a hardwired dual-USB socket will let you power your Wyze Cams.

Rolling horizontal lines. change to 5 star.
I thought this was going to be a great supply for my camera system. Unfortunately I sat it aside while I had an existing supply that worked. Well now I want to change to the new power supply but it causes rolling lines going mostly horizontally. I will add pictures once back to location. I'd put 5 stars if the lines weren't there. Other installers tell me it's the supply since it doesn't do it on other supplies.

Easy installation
These units arrived well packed, so there was no damage to the device - which is a plus since they are being installed in public areas. They are easy to install, the mounting hardware is included along with a stick-on mounting template. The power cord is included, just plug it into any outlet, as well as the battery connector (you have to supply your own 12 VDC battery). The unit functioned as expected and is compact so it's easier to install in tight areas.

Battery backup is a must for security cameras!
I wanted this for the battery backup, which is vital for that little extra time to power my cctv cameras during an outage. Stable 12V with the battery backup, although with AC power it did run slightly higher at 12.3V.
