I ordered Medium and they are 2X. My Dad is typically a large, and after reading the reviews, I ordered him a medium, but they are still really big. Quality is good.

Purchased for hubby to replace his other favorite camo sweatpants he wore until they had holes... and he LOVES these and finally gave me permission to throw his others away (score!). Said they are very warm and comfy. As others say, order a size down from what you normally do. He wears a medium or large - I ordered a medium and they are still big on him, which is perfect for comfortable house pants but if you wanted them for hunting or other wear you wouldn't want them so baggy :)

Excellent quality. Sizing runs large. Had to return. However, the company provided a prepaid return label. Sizing runs at least 1 size, if not 2 sizes larger than normal.
