So even using your low measurements of 630mg/per, that's 1260mg total, of which 800mg is Mucuna, and ~460 is capsule, fillers, etc.The math works, and it's an excellent product. Maybe if you took more Mucuna you wouldn't be distracted by learning about the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Seems ok--palpitations when taken during gum infection
Update: I had a gum infection & for some reason this was not good with that, but after antibiotics & infection cleared I was able to resume taking one capsule in a.m. with no probNot sure why, but within about 10 min of taking one capsule I get palpitations. They last thru the day & occur more with walking or exertion. I had to stop. Chemically it was not good for my heart!

It's hard to find good mucuna products!
I have had trouble finding a brand that works. The capsules can vary in color brand to brand.I find these work well even taking half a dose (1 cap) every day and a full dose (2 caps) on days I go to the gym about 3 times a week. I take these in the morning after breakfast.It helps support my mood and motivation!

THEY CHANGED THE PRODUCT WITHOUT UPDATING LABEL!!! 3RD TIME THEY DID THIS!!!THE EXTRACT LISTED ON THE INGREDIENTS OF THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A WHITE POWDER. THE MOST RECENT BATCH IS BROWN. THEY ARE FILLING THESE CAPSULES WITH RAW UNEXTTACTED POWDER IN THIS BATCH INSTEAD OF THE MORE EXPENSIVE EXTRACT. THIS IS HORRIBLE. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EFFECTS. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM NUTRICOST AGAIN. THEY DID THIS WITH THEIR MUCUNA BACK IN 2022 AS WELL.UNFORTUNATELY ONLY SKILLED HERBALISTS OR LONG TIME MUCUNA USERS WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL.
