Laying your head on a cloud
I totally like this pillow. It’s very squishy and molds to your head. It comes with a zip up fabric case but also fits an regular size pillow case. It is a little thinner than the expensive memory foam pillow you see in the store but I think this one is far better for me. I have noticed that I don’t toss and turn in my sleep as much too.

Wow...best pillow I've ever owned!
I got the pillow today and took a nap that lasted 3+ hours. (That never happens) It's the best pillow I've ever used! If I could give it more stars I would!

Makes for a good night's sleep
This ended up going to the teenage kiddo, and he says he looooooooves it. In his words, "I love this pillow as much as you love your coffee - it's THAT awesome." He sleeps with the pillow with the curved side up so that his neck is supported. He'd been using another memory foam pillow, but one that came in a typical pillow shape. No special anything to it except that it was supposed to be a cooling pillow as well but didn't really work in that aspect. This pillow stops him from waking up with any neck pain or stiffness, and he's actually had an improvement in that his nose isn't as stuffed up in the mornings, either. He also doesn't wake up sweaty and gross like he did with his so-called cooling pillow. I like that this pillow comes with a removable and washable cover so that it can be kept fresh and clean. Personally I find the level of support to be too squishy for my preference, the hubby found it too be not squishy enough, and like the proverbial baby bear, the kiddo found it to be perfect. When the pillow arrived, it was in a rather tiny package as it had been vacuum-sealed into a plastic bag prior to shipping. It took a couple of days for the pillow to properly re-inflate, but it did so with a weird curve to it as when it had been sealed in the plastic bag, one of the corners had been folded over instead of the pillow being flat. Thankfully this curve went away within a few weeks of use. There wasn't any chemical or foam rubber stink to the pillow, which was a plus. The boy has been using the pillow for a few months now and is still very happy. There hasn't been any smooshing of the pillow (meaning going flat), no loss of support, and with regular washing of the cover it hasn't picked up any funky smell. We've purchased similar style pillows at prices higher and lower than this one, but most of them didn't live up to their promises of quality. Pillows are a supremely personal and subjective choice, and the 60 day return policy for this pillow is a definite bonus if you find that it isn't to your liking after a few weeks of use.

In pursuit of the perfect pillow.
Finding a pillow that suits my neck perfectly is harder than finding a 2-piece clothing set that fits my body perfectly both above and below the waist. I guess that's why I have a couple of closets filled with pillows and have given away a ton more to friends, family and Goodwill. It's an eternal search for the one that's just right--not too high, not too low, not too hard, not too soft--for this Silverilocks. And the one that's right for me is not necessarily going to be the one that's right for anyone else. Pillow preference is pretty personal. I have neck damage from a bad fall and a car crash, both years ago, and from just plain old degenerative arthritis.I need a soft pillow but it must have neck support. I also need a pillow that is lower where the head rests than where the neck rest. That means, in general, a contour pillow works best for me to keep my head and body in alignment. The head can't be much higher than the body or I'll wake up the next morning with neck pain and a headache. However, many contour pillows, even expensive ones such as Tempurpedic, are too hard and uncomfortable for me. This one, on the other hand, is soft and comfy. It's not perfect, however. I would like the area where the head rests to be a tad lower than it is. Either that or the area for the neck should be higher. So here I am. Still in pursuit of the perfect pillow. This one is, however, not bad at all. It's one of the best in my collection at the moment.

This pillow is not for me, too thin and too soft, but might be okay for others
When I opted to get this pillow, I should have paid more attention to the fact that it was called a “Thin Profile” pillow. This pillow does not work for me at all. I occasionally sleep on my back as well as my sides. I don’t see how a person could sleep in just one orientation. However when lying on my back, due to the give by the pillow and it’s already thin profile it is like sleeping with no pillow at all. I verified the dimensions shown in the Amazon listing and they are accurate. For my purposes, this pillow would have to be 2 inches thicker and a whole lot firmer for it to be comfortable. The pillow has a nice removable cover, with a covered pillow inside. Smooth knit material. Seems well made.I gave this pillow 3 stars as it seems well made and it does say low profile. However it’s “memory foam” give is completely unacceptable for me.
