Have been using this almost daily, mostly in the basement and garage but sometimes in backyard, and I am very pleased with the purchase. I use it 90% of the time with an iron but have used a driver. For $20 this has held up remarkably for the use I have been giving it as I try to make a swing change this off-season.The only issue I had was the white strap came unsewn from one side. I don't need to carry the bag around so this does not bother me. However, that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.I filled it with 2 or 3 old bath towels.Would highly recommend as I think this is a great value.

I've flipped my wrist/ casted for a long time, adding loft to my club. I put in a good amount of work to my game, and results were not there for the effort. I took a lesson and worked on a impact bag, then bought this one two weeks ago. I hit it a ton ( less than 20% full swings) making sure I cleared my left hip. My pro said I'd notice on my chipping first... could not believe it. Working on full swing as well, although I go long & left as well. It gives me a great feel for the swing (vs. other technical practice methods).The bag ripped on the bottom, but is certainly still useable ( may have been because I had a weight). It will fall apart at some point... you're beating it and it's $19. I HIGHLY recommend, fill it with a lot of towels, sweatshirts. If it doesn't work, you're out $19, and my guess is if you are reading this you dropped more than that into "golf fixes" that did not work ( like my laser stick)

I filled it with old clothes as instructed. But when I strike the bag even with a half swing it sounds like a shotgun. There’s no practicing in the house while everyone sleeps. And the law could be called when I hit it outside.

Works great. Good value and quality. I filled it with old clothes and it works great. If you hit it as hard as you can, I suppose you would damage it, but that is not what it is for.

My instructor told me to get one of these... 15 minutes a day... has really helped my game. Facilitates balance and control. Worth the cash.

I love it, I use it often and is strong. Helps my muscle memory for chips and pitches. I was concerned because I read it tore easy but then maybe it was being hit too hard.

Add two bags of polyprolene filler from Walmart. $3.50 per bag. And it works great.
