Ultimate Baker Turquoise Luster Dust - Kosher Certified Natural Dusting Powder (5grams)

I've read that some reviewers don't think it's "gold" enough. Well, no, it's not an ingot, but I've used it in cocktails and even in artwork. When smeared on gouache, it leaves a nice golden sheen. Haven't tried it with cake icing yet. A little bit goes a long way, so don't be put off by the size of the container.

This item is not at all as pictured. I bought this thinking it would be a rich gold color, however, it's more of white. I wasn't able to use it as I was expecting to. Also, FYI, Amazon doesn't accept returns on this item because they consider it a grocery item.

I used this to paint the drip on this cake I made for my nephews first birthday along with some food grade alchohol it turned out great I even used it for some small details like sunglasses on the little gumpaste penguins I made, would definitely purchase again.

I was a little worried about trying out this luster dust due to all the reviews that indicated that it was a very pale color. However, I really wanted to use something with all natural dyes and this is the only option I could find. I’m so glad I took the chance! I mixed it with gin and used it to paint royal icing on some cookies for a bridal shower, and they turned out beautifully! It is a lovely, natural gold color - not too yellow or orange - which was perfect for these cookies.

I ordered black pearl luster dust. Product looks silver in color...Not as shown in description photo.Will have to use it ,as I have no more time to reorder. I was expecting a black dust like the picture.

This powder does not look like the description. It is pearly white with the tiniest hint of gold. I couldn’t use it and they don’t take returns ☹️

Worked great for painting on chocolate hot cocoa bombs. I mixed it with some vodka to use as paint. It did NOT have a weird taste like other edible luster dust have used. GREAT product!

Used in drinks. Worked perfect.
