This cup and saucer set was purchased for my 9 year old son for the holidays as he’s expressed his desire to up the sophistication factor to his after school tea time. The packaging was sturdy and secure, and no damage was done to the product. As there is gilt edging to both the saucer and cup, I wouldn’t recommend putting it into the microwave for any reason.While I wouldn’t say it is the most delicate of materials, it doesn’t feel bulky or awkward. It is slightly thicker than a cup one might receive at a more traditional tea gathering, but perfect if you (or your child) would like to use it without worry of cracking it the first time it’s set down with aplomb.It’s whimsy, sturdiness and price make it a great item to add to ones set without giving you palpitations at the cost lost if broken.

This is a perfect gift for my Secret Santa a she adores beautiful and dainty items that are simple yet elegant.

Super cute little tea cup.

The pattern is a bit subtle and underwhelming but if you really look at it, the design is cute. The colors are too muted for me but it's still a pretty set. The important thing is that my bee-enthusiast friend really liked it.

1 bought 2 of these for a tiny tea party. The print and gold are neat, no flakes. The cup feels well made.

I gifted this to my 5 year old to use for our Poetry tea 🫖 time for homeschool. This has definitely enhanced the set up and the elegance of our tea sessions.

I bought this for my mom for her first tea party and she was very excited. She loves the set and intends to buy more. The quality is good and solid.

The cup and saucer are fine, though the print colors are much lighter than pictured. It's still cute. The "beautiful box" on the other hand... It's a miracle I got the cup at all. Very loosely packed with only a small amount of bubble wrap and the box wasn't taped shut (also part of the box started to rip in transit, so it's extra amazing the whole thing didn't fall apart and break the contents). Additionally, you couldn't use this box to gift it to someone because it's the boxed used to ship it so the shipping label ruins any decorative features the box has. This wouldn't bother me if it had been sealed properly and the item wasn't advertised as having an accompanying box. Overall, I'm happy with what I got but if I had known this was what I was buying I would've made a different choice.
