I've had the simpler version (SENSEO® Original Coffee pod machine HD7814/60) for just over 10 years now, and I love it. When I needed a second coffee maker (one for my office), I opted for the upgraded Senseo Viva Café HD6563/60, and so far I'm thrilled! It has a very similar design but some important upgrades, and the result is that the same coffee pods I use at home taste even better when used in this machine. Very happy customer!

We used one of these machines when we rented an apartment in the summer and were so impressed we bought our own when we got home. Because it is not easy to get the pads in the UK and they're expensive compared to buying abroad we decided to try the re-usable pads. We think they may have caused a slight plastic-y flavour and smell to the coffee. I tried running a mixture of vinegar and water through the machine and that cured it when we used the proper pads but the re-usable ones still seem to leave a slight taint. We're trying washing them through the dishwasher several times then storing them in the tin with the coffee, too soon to say if this works satisfactorily. We will be stocking up on Senseo pads when we go to France next!

Very good our 3rd sense machine

We’ve had a Senseo Coffee Machine before, It so easy to use & makes lovely Coffee, Also the Coffee Bags don’t cost a small fortune, I highly recommend this machine.

This is my second Senseo coffee machine. I love how simple it is to use and the coffee is great.

Very pleased with this purchase. Easy to use and the coffee bags are a good price in comparison to other coffee machines. Quite compact, doesn’t take up much space on the work top. Recommend.

My husband loves this coffee machine

They have changed the way it operates so if you're used to an older machine it's not as good. Coffee is either too short or too long and weak.
