It charges my surface pro 2
My old power cord died a week ago, so my surface pro 2 was so low on power it would not start. I put this charger on, and hours later, still no charge. There is no little light on the part that attaches to the surface like the original power cord had. I put the charger on with the cord on top, and let it charge a while. It worked. So I give only 4 stars because you cannot tell if it is attached properly without the little light.

My Microsoft Surface is a total lost.
The plug worked at first showed that it was charging, with in a couple minutes I heard a cracking sound. My Microsoft surface went black. It didn't turn on any more. The plug fried my tablet.

I was hesitant on buying this, but it turned out to be alright. I have the Microsoft Surface 2... after 7 years... my charger had finally blew it's last fuse. The part that has the light on the charger actually fell apart... I have had it taped for the past couple of years... but then that stopped working.This charger is a good buy. ๐๐พ
