Q: is it good for cutting boys hair? does small in size help for that purpose?

Size doesn’t matter for this purpose, a compact cordless palm cutter would deal with a boys hair and comes with more attachments. This clipper is more for fine trimming of beards, around ears, eyebrows etc. It would do the job for a boy’s hair but there are better options with a palm cutter.

Q: What number is the biggest attachment ? Ie #1 or #2? Is this good i want something small & low power no fuss for head hair.

It comes with 3 attachments for trimming, don’t think it is suitable for head hair, more trimming only. Would suggest a silver line rechargeable unit that comes with a number of attachments and has a bigger sole plate.

Around 1/2 a centimetre to very short

Q: Is this any good for lining up/defining a moustache?

Never used for moustaches - I use it for trimming necklines & sideburns for my mobile hairdressing but as it's very small & neat it's easy to control so I would suspect it will probably do moustaches ok. For the price, you can't go wrong! Hope this helps.
