Bamboo Toothbrushes Pack of 5 - Cotton Buds & Dental Floss Included - Organic & 100% Biodegradable - Medium Firm Bristles, Plastic-Free Packaging

I love everything about this, from the fact its compostable and all of it is biodegradable to the fact they take the bamboo from where pandas don't eat it! This company has put so much effort into these toothbrushes, I read it all again and again and to my friends because I was just in awe and can't believe I didn't make the switch sooner. The price is also incredibly reasonable, just £6.99 for 5. The minute I opened it I just started handing them out to my friends. I loved the little corn cotton bamboo buds and the floss and even the plant based natural wrapping which looks just like plastic but isn't! I'm not normally one to get so excited over something so simple but I love that I can continue to buy more for cheaper and hopefully my friends love the toothbrush just as much as I do and continue to buy them too. So important for the future, really good quality and nice looking, ticks all the boxes and I am over the moon. Be aware that first time opening these brushes you will see powder if u flick the bristles, just flick it off and wash it in water, this is not toxic or insanitary and the normal with bamboo products, I would say they should probably have mentioned that on the packaging because some people love to complain about just anything and they don't deserve any less than 5 stars, but that isn't even a negative point. I am just all in all happy and the quality is just as good as a plastic toothbrush, if not better.

We switched over to Bamboo toothbrushes a year or so ago now because we wanted to reduce our plastic usage. The toothbrushes that we have been using up until this point were very basic and bland. There was absolutely nothing to tell our family toothbrushes apart when they were in our toothbrush pot in our bathroom cabinet. We actually had to result in writing our intials on them in marker pen. Not ideal!!When it came to replacing them, I shopped around more than I did when I originally made the switch and this is when I came across Bamboogaloo! They instantly caught my eye because they were available in multiple colours! Finally our toothbrush mix up dilemma will be over I thought! I was even more impressed when I read that there was absolutely NO plastic within the packaging too.When the toothbrushes arrived I was blown away by just how thoughtful and special the package was and also by the pure quality of the toothbrushes themselves. We absolutely love that we can all have a different colour that represents our personality and there is no longer any mix up over who's toothbrush is who's! Hooray!The lovely little free gifts are so sweet and thoughtful too.. So helpful if you are wanting to reduce your plastic usage in other areas of your life too.We honestly absolutely LOVE these products and will 100% be a repeat customer of this brand!Thank you to the Bamboogaloo Family! x

I've been using these over a year and I never want to use any other toothbrushes. Putting aside their environmental credentials (which they clearly have), these are great toothbrushes. The bristles are very slightly softer than medium bristles of plastic brushes, but this is great, as they are firm enough to make you feel like you're getting a good clean, but not so harsh they damage your enamel. I've used all the brushes in the pack and none of them had bristles fall out. When it's time to change your brush, it's easy to pluck the bristles out with pliers. The brush head is narrower than most plastic brushes, which you do notice the first time you use it. Again, however, this is a benefit, as it means you can really get to your back teeth next to your cheek, and a plastic toothbrush would just feel too big now. No toothbrush has made my mouth feel as clean as these. The brushes are lightweight and nice and smooth. Rinse and dry well (which you should do with any toothbrush), and they'll keep nicely for the recommended three months. I hope they will never stop making these, I love them!

All brushes are packaged in plastic bags, same as floss. 'Biodegradable' plastic is a myth as far as I know. It's stated on the description so no problem on that account.

It's actually the few negative and unfair 1 star reviews that have compelled me to write my own.Description: Exactly as described.Delivery: 2 daysValue: Astounding! £1.40 per brush, plus earbuds and floss as a free gift.Feel: I would say medium bristle, feels good holding bamboo, light and doesn't get slippy when wet. The head protrudes a little more at the bristles but is only noticeable as a difference to my previous brush, definitely not a problem.Function: Excellent.Lifespan: I think I replaced mine after a few months but could have gone on, bristles just started to look a bit tired.If you look at the negative reviews with a fair and balanced view it seems obvious to me that they are unreasonable. There is no way these brushes can "cut through gums". Much more likely that an existing issue would be the cause or bleeding or simple user error. If you want a specific function from a brush that is outwith the norm, then you might want to look for something in particular.These brushes are brilliant value, look & feel (subjective), and just work. There are no claims of re-inventing the wheel here. It's a toothbrush, with ecological benefits over full plastic brushes.

This pack of brushes arrived simply packed and in perfect condition.The packaging is all recycled, and recyclable. I like the simple packet for each brush (inside the individual card box), it's makes the brushes easier to store.We changed to this sort of brushes a couple of years ago, and have been very pleased with them.This particular set is good , small and light enough to be easy to use but also easy to get into all those nooks and crannies, with that thoroughy brushed feeling.Each brush is a different colour so it's easy to see whose is whose.I like them.The eco floss and cotton buds are a bonus, especially as they are so dinky, perfect to pop into a bag.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.
