Not at all lightweight, big, chunky, my phone is a 6.5 inch, it's the same size height/width, but three times the depth and about 5 times the weight. It's easy to use, with the clear display. There are plenty of ports, they all work. The charger charges the phones reasonably quickly and is set to last for a lot of charges, top up. Typically charges phone by 50% only using 3% or so of device. Percentage displayed. Really handy, helpful to a neighbor who lost power in the house and was able to borrow it overnight. Charged her iPhone while we chatted on the doorstep from 22% up to 67% in around 15 minutes. Brilliant devices. Get one if you have kids with ever draining batteries. Got mine for the 4 day Reading festival. Will hold its charge for over a week, so good to go

Very well constructed: not a hint of the flim-flam. All of the sockets engage with leads in a reassuring manner: no problems with cables slipping out. This is particularly important when charging camera batteries in my camera bag. I've had mine several weeks now and mainly use it in my camera bag to recharge the batteries for my Sony A7 'on the go'. Last used two weeks ago and, to my very pleasant surprise, the charge capacity indicator has not shifted from its original [after use] 91%. My other power-bank leaks charge and its power level led lights can give misleading information. Quite heavy and quite slow to charge fully but in the world of energy you cannot have something for nothing.Very happy so far. I'll post an update after a few months.

Bought this for those long trips, well made and been going strong all week, when fully charged the display never has been higher than 99% on the display but that's not an issue for me. It's not too heavy either and fact I can recharge four devices at once a few times over is great for those long journeys away or while camping etc. It also states the size of the battery on the rear which is important for some security officials at check in, well under the maximum allowed in your hand luggage.Scrap the 99% thing, it does go to 100% :-)

It’s incredibly big and heavy charger. The weight and size wasn’t on the description so I ordered it and was expecting a casual small power bank. I tried to return it but in post they told me they are not allowed to send power banks and any other dangerous batteries. I wasted a lot of my time in the post and I want to complain strongly and give my money return since I’m not going to use this useless device.

I ordered the 20,000mAh version, it works well and charges up to near enough its rated capacity. Build quality seems fine, it has a reassuring weight to it also.The display read out should be taken with a pinch of salt. I’ve found that during the three charge and discharge cycles I’ve put mine thorough the display will stick on 0% and 99% for long periods of time. While discharging showing 0% I was able fully charge my Samsung J5 and run a 0.4A load for an hour before it finally cut off. Also, when charging at 1.6A it sticks on 99% for a number of hours before finally rolling over to 100%.Main reason for four stars? My example will only charge Apple devices at 0.96A – 2018 iPad and iPhone 6s using an official Apple cable – everything else I’ve tried that can accept a charge current above 1 amp works fine.The lighting charge port will only charge at 1 amp so pointless really unless you don’t mind waiting.I’ve based my review on the price I paid which was £7.60, had I paid full price I would have given it three stars and probably returned it for the above reason.

I've had this about a month now. Probably used it, at most, 30 times.It weighs just over 400gm. I suspect it has 7*18650s in it, so that would mean the 18650s are supposedly 2800+ mAh each.When this power pack is charged to 99%, I can charge my samsung 8, not the one in the picture, about 3 times, the phone is still about 30% or 40%, charged, before this power pack charges it up to 97%. So not great storage, capacity. I really expected more than this from such a big power bank.The display now is stuck on 99%, and never changes. So that facility is now gone!I got this at a discounted price. Even at that price it is over valued. It is not worth the regular asking price.

It has a clear display to show remaining charge in percentages so no more guess work. This is a big power bank and it charges all our usb devices in the house, and with our 3 in 1 able we often charge multiple items at once with this power bank.This is perfect for long trips and charging iPads while children playing power hungry games keeps them happy.

The product itself is ok but the USB c charge port does not work
