It has been over 20 years since I last took Creatine. Back then I was a gym rat with an awesome physic and fitness program. Twenty years later at a little better than three bills, I decided to relive my glory days and start a workout program without fail. Creatine has been an awesome tool in my supplementation regimen. I feel strong and have greater endurance when I take Creatine regularly. Hopefully, in another 6 months I will feel even more like the 20 year old gym rat I once saw in my mirror. Until then, Creatine and lots of sweaty afternoon kettlebell sessions are in order.

I’ve used creatine powder before. When it comes to consuming things though, I would definitely suggest getting it in a capsule form over powder!

I was looking for 500 mg in a gelatin capsule, and this one was the closest I could find that was at a reasonable cost. Well, after taking this for a few weeks now, it's just okay - nothing to write home about. Next time I order some creatine, I will make sure to buy one that is Creapure.By the way, taking large doses of creatine (>1 gram/day) for long periods of time can cause liver & kidney damage, as well as sexual dysfunction. So if you favor large muscles over your health, then creatine away!
