Perfect size for small spaces
We’d recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment and I the available storage in the unit is pretty slim. So I’ve been more conscientious about buying furniture that can serve as storage or help to maximize floor space. Our son’s room is fairly small, and the floor space isn’t very big, so I knew I wanted a loft bed that would allow for us to store some of his belongings underneath.I loved that this wasn’t super expensive and that there were decent color options for each size of bed frame. When it arrived, all the pieces were there and in tact. No cosmetic issues or missing hardware. The instructions were easy to understand, but I would recommend putting this together with someone, just to make the process a little easier. When we put it together, it felt pretty sturdy. Theres ample room under the bed to either utilize as storage, or even to make a small hang-out space for my son. It doesn’t take up too much floor space either, so there’s still a lot of room to freely move around as well.

Inexpensive pretty awesome bed
The first one arrived and the package was torn up and as we expected a part of the bed frame was split in half. Called amazon and new one sent immediately. Bought this for my ten year old daughter. Yes the wood is cheap, it will dent easily, but the entire bed frame is actually sturdy and looks so cute in her room. She loves the bed and I actually really like it too. Her brother who is 8 now wants one. i would buy this again, well I did buy another for my son. It’s on its way.Update: We bought another bed like this one. Assembly is fine, definitely need two people at least, to hold things together. Only issue we found was the screws that hold the ladder to the frame were missing, the directions didn't include this step and supply list didn't even have them listed. If this second bed had been our first we would not have realized what is missing, just that something was missing, it was some screws with sleeves. The first bed was also missing some plugs to hide holes in the wood, but that wasn't a big deal, but the screws for the ladder is an issue. Amazon did provide a discount for the item, but it was either replace the entire bed or a discount. We will try to find the replacement screws.

Love it
The first one we received had some damage to a couple of the boards. Possibly happened in shipping I don't know. But I Contacted Amazon and let them know the problem and because it was so big and heavy I didn't know how I was going to be able to return it for a new one and they told me to keep it use the parts that I need and throw the rest out they sent me a new bed. In the reviews everyone saying it takes 2 people and maybe with some it does. But if you use your brains and you do it right you can build this bed alone I'm a female and I did this completely alone in 3 hours or less. The bed is sturdy and I love it. But it's for my granddaughter LOL. She flipping adores it. As long as they don't take the price up this is a great deal. Last night I crawled up on top of the bed and it didn't move an inch. Airy solid bed as long as you put it together right. Directions are a little wonky But just refer to the photos and use common sense and you will easily put this bed together. Sit down and lay it all out and make sure you know which pieces are which before you begin. And remember check the ends of each piece there should be a Letter there to help guide you. Definitely get the bed.

Use wood glue on the dowel pins
Full-size low-loft bed. Arrived in 2 days. Assembled by myself. No access to power tools. Time to assemble: 3-4 hours.Height from bottom of side rail to floor = 30 inches.Made a list of the parts for inventory purpose as there isn’t a list included-only the photo with the parts numbered.Added furniture= IKEA office furniture (no longer sold). But, IKEA Alex 5-drawer unit, IKEA Eket cabinet, and IKEA Besta cabinets will fit under the frame similarly. The bed is sturdy. I didn’t like the fit of the dowel pins-too small. The parts list says there are XX# of pins in size 10mm x 50mm. So I ordered 11 x 50 and 12 x 50 and both were too large and would have split the boards. Waited a couple of days to assemble and used wood glue in the dowel pin holes. Problem solved. Despite what others say all the pieces (except the slats) were labeled-look on the ends of the boards or a sticker on pieces without raw edges.Assembly wasn’t too difficult. Pay attention to the photos for the placement of the holes and some pages don’t explain you need to repeat the process (head board/footboard).Lastly, the mattress shown is not recommended for the bed. The one pictured is a 12” mattress and the recommended depth is 8” or under. I purchased this bed for my 15 year old so I don’t anticipate a small child falling off the top.Would recommend if you’re looking to supplement storage space in your home (our 28” hard-sided spinner suitcases fit fully upright under the frame).
