Yes, this bra is lightly padded. It has light graduated padding that is thicker and the bottom and gets thinner towards the top of the cup.

Is this a padded bra?

It is lightly padded for comfort and look. It does not have thick padding like a push-up bra does, thank goodness.

Are the nips concealed in the cold?

YES! It's the main reason why I bought the bra. There is just enough padding to keep headlights from showing. The padding is more like a liner and isn't bulky. I'm so happy.

Is this model a 2 or 3 hook? And what is the measure mid-hook to mid-hook in case I need to order extenders? Thanks!

I bought a 34D. It has 2 hooks, and they are 11/16 inch apart. Bigger sizes may have 3 hooks.
