Just what I needed!
I was super bummed when my company switched to soft phones and I was tethered to my desk. That wouldn’t work for me since I also have my daughter home full time. This saved the day and allowed me to still use my wireless headset! Volume control is perfect and all I had to do was plug it in!

Excellent adapter to use wireless headset with computer based phone.
Works great with my Plantronics CS55 headset. My work moved to a computer based phone and I thought I was stuck using a USB headset. I’ve had my CS55 for many years and love being wireless. I’m glad I found this adapter because now my headset will work no matter what. The adapter is plug and play. I didn’t have to install anything in Windows 10 Professional which is good because I don’t have administrative access to install drivers or software.

Best WFH device I have bought yet!
This little workhorse has been the best addition to my WFH arsenal so far! Very easy setup. I'm able to use my Plantronics wireless single-ear headset for the frequent Teams calls with no problems. Volume control and muting work like a dream. No feedback, and ambient noise control within Teams actually works. Worth the price.

Great adapter for ease and convenience
This has helped me do my day to day job with ease and convenience during the current pandemic. We utilize Microsoft Teams and this adapter helped me take my Planotronics headset and connect to my laptop. One recommendation would be to put instructions within the packaging. I utilized YouTube and it was quick and easy to install.

Great product!
Telecommuting full-time since the pandemic and brought my Plantronics CS540 from the office. I was able to set up MS Teams calling with this usb pc adaptor. I had difficulty at first, but after reviewing the Plantronics manual, I figured out the headset base needed to be adjusted.

Didn't work for me
I can't give this a fair review because I don't know if it was the head set or what, but this didn't work for what I had.

Perfect for moveability with a wireless headset
The sound qualify is good and it keeps me frombeing tethered to the desk like a horse unable to move around. I paired it with a plantroni s wireless headset through the computer to lose the land line and call through skype
