It fits just go to hardware store might be over kill I put lock washers both sides 12 in total 6 flat wash reused bolts,nuts,black flat washersBlue lock tight size of washers M8Bring RPM down when cruising at 45-50 and will still give a little more to passHave to down shift one to climb

Fit TW200 perfect, added a lock washer a another washer to existing bolts.

Seems sturdy and well built, Cant comment on longevity because it's new. However on the Yamaha TW200, it has a more narrow section around the bold pattern than the stock sprocket, so that extra washers are required to fill the gap of the bolts. Not a deal breaker, and does work, but I`d rather have it more like stock.

it works fine because I read the reviews to buy lock washers to compensate for the thinner ring in middle

I was a bit hesitant to go to a 45-tooth sprocket for fear of the 1st gear being too high to accommodate easy starts under load, but it works great!! It was easy to mount, and fit PERFECTLY!!!!! Much better top end, and easy starts with one or two passengers, and on hills and trails. Only had to remove 2 links from chain. If doing a lot of bogging, you may want to keep the 50-tooth and switch back and forth. Highly recommended!!

we did Not need a new chain for this i put it on my TW 200 for a little more speed
