The media could not be loaded. I love it! Does exactly what it says it will. I wore this for a week during my hour workouts and walking my dog and believe me when I tell you I was sweating! My gym’s temperature is set to 70 degrees mind you so it doesn’t have to be hot for this to work. It used your body heat. After each use I wipe down with a Clorox wipe and let air dry so there isn’t any smell. Can also hand wash and let air dry to preserve the excellent quality of the fabric. I am 5’4”, 130lbs and got a medium. I sized up one size based on other reviews. The bottoms are a little big and the top is form fitted due to my big chest. Still found it easy to take off at the end of a session though. Overall, definitely worth it and will be buying more colors!

I immediately washed it and it washed well. You definitely get a sweat. I did a 45 min mixed cardio workout. You do need to size up. It runs small but also super cute. I’m 5’9”, 180 and a 36D. I got an XL

I got a 2x because of the reviews. I’m usually a 1x. I carry a lot of my weights in my midsection and thighs. Good fit. I’m able to bend and move around maybe not do deep squats, but pretty comfortable and super sweaty.I recommend these. The elastic on the wrists and ankles are a bit loose so there is some airflow. I put small rubber bands. Problem solved.I love the hood. It goes all the way down over my forehead and covers my chin so basically just my face is exposed. it can be adjusted with a draw string in the front. This was the main reason I chose this set, and I think it takes it to a whole other level compared to those other ones that are a little more affordable and look like trash bags. They came very well packed and look nice. Let’s get sweet this summer!

Nice look and would work great for me however the pants are huge!!! 1-2 sizes too big and the jacket would fit a 1st grader. It is 2-3 sizes too small. If you can't provide and reasonable fitting set, sell them separately. Really frustrating!!!

This sauna suit has got to be the BEST hot suit I’ve EVER owned. When I say that in one walk, I sweated away 2 lbs, YES I said it 2 lbs away I was floored. I know it is water weight, but I will take it. I don’t sweat when I workout no matter how intense. But THIS suit is everything and does EXACTLY what it said it would do. The fit was on point. It is light weight and amazing quality and value for the price.Hurry up and buy one if you haven’t.

The suit was great! It did what it was supposed to do and would’ve been great had it not run so small! Usually Im a XL but ordered a 2XL to be sure. The pants barely went on. They should’ve been marked large and the top I didn’t even attempt the shirt. So buy up 2 sizes
