Have been taking various brands of CoQ 10 on and off over the years. I've noticed huge variation in quality and effect, even from the same brand, and gave this CoQ10 a shot.This is EASILY the BEST CoQ10 I have taken; the most 'absorbed' (in quotes because it's not something I've measured directly, but from the 'effect' and quickness of effect after taking, it seems to be true). **I am speaking here of the liquid variety; the capsules (I've also tried, are 'meh', at best).

Taste is pretty good- citrus-like, not too strong- haven't used it for a month yet, maybe a few days- but not noticing anything but could take time- pretty good price, and supposed to be better than other types- we will see-

I've been looking for a high quality liquid version of this supplement for a long time. This tastes fantastic and has been the best brand I've come across yet.

After about a month of taking this product I noticed a dramatic reduction in the frequency and severity of fatigue and napping. I took this because I believed that my fatigue is related to my medications.
