Q: Is this for men, women, or for both?, and if it is ok for women, which is better this one or nutri fem?

This has no iron so is good for men and older women near or after menopause because they need less iron..this has higher anti oxidant support.. nutri fem is better for younger women of childbearing age because it has iron and higher doses of calcium, magesium etc that younger women need.. check the thorne research site for more complete descriptions of different benefits.. there is also a meta fem i think that has the higher calcium etc. with no iron so. Three good choices but if you are younger than nutri fem i believe.

Thorne Research has recently changed the labeling on all of their supplements. Although the amounts of ingredients are the same as they were with the old bottle labels, Thorne has now transitioned their supplement facts boxes to align with the new labeling requirements proposed by the FDA in May 2017. iServe's inventory is shipped directly from Amazon fulfillment centers. The ingredients in Thorne's Extra Nutrients multi are not whole-food based. The nutrients are synthesized, or fermented, or naturally sourced. However, all of the nutrients are bio-identical to their whole-food based nutrient counterparts.

The expiration date on my bottle is 4/2022. Other containers could have a different date.
