These are fantastic! Fit my daughter since she was 10 months and still do at 2yo. I bought a pair also for my 5yo niece and she loves it too. Good quality. The colours are amazing.

Lovely but down to 3 months is a bit ambitious
Bought these for my 9 month old daughters fancy dress day at nursery and they looked great. They were enormous on her and took quite a lot of scrunching up to stay on her legs so I'd say the age range is a little ambitious! Having said that, they did stay on which is unusual for any item of leg clothing on my little one! I have also used them when she is in her carrier and they kept her snug and warm.
