All parts came in good shape and ontime. Cylinder has an extra 1/8" threaded pipe hole. You will need a pipe plug if your saw does not use this. This is not in the kit. You also need to reuse your old boots for carb intake. The parts that were included are good quality and work well. The saw is a one pull start every time, hot, two pull cold one choke, one no choke. I dropped it one star for not supplying the Cylinder plug. I would buy this again.

This is easy to install. great product at an affordable price.

My 55 rancher recently died, the piston was scarred and the ring was toast. I bought this kit to bring it back to life and it now feels like it has more power than brand new! I moved the old decompression switch over to the new cylinder, and it was a simple and easy install. It has much more power now, very happy with my purchase.

Product was great quality and the saw fired right up after install! Only thing this kit doesn’t come with is a decompression valve. So either purchase one separately or get a plug for the port.

Sent first kit back as the piston ring was broken in the package. Ordered a second one and had much better luck. Got the ring on the piston and the piston replaced with few issues. Saw runs great and we will see how long the new jug and piston hold up.

The cylinder and piston was an easy replacement on my Husqvarna 55 rancher. Saw cranked after 5 pulls and running very good.
