Very easy to use, sturdy. Worth the money!

This is by far one of the best tree stands I've ever had. Put my tree up in seconds. I did a lot of research reading multiple reviews. The number one complaint was water leaking. I can say it holds a full gallon of water. I notice that some people broke the stand by ripping the clamps out. I believe this is because they stood one the peddle with all there weight. I tighten it up until it stop without putting all my weight on the peddle. You dont need to put all your weight into tightening this stand. I jerked the tree around afterwards and it's not going anywhere. (Make sure you use the double lock). I filled my stand up with water before we installed our tree to make sure it doesn't leak. I noticed that you can't fill this stand up all the way with water or it will leak out. Make sure you set the tree in this stand DO NOT slam it down on the spike.PosEasy set up. The construction of this stand is good it's heavy and is made out of plastic. I believe the spike in the middle is metal but do quote me on that. The cable design is strong and easy to use. Easy to read water level. It makes for keeping the tree watered easy.ConsThe clamps are plastic and if you're not careful you can break them by over tightening the cable. If you stomp the crap out of the stand.There really isn't that many cons.This is worth the money if you want an easy tree set up and makong it straight!!!12/31/2018Ok,After the first Christmas of using this stand. Great product I can't say enough about how great this stand is. I cut almost half my tree off so I can put it in the corner of my house. With all the weight on one side with all the Christmas ornaments as well this stand stayed strong and didn't budged at all. After I took it out, I cut it apart in the stand. It held the tree in place with no problem. I only had to water the tree 3 times in over 30 days that's just awesome in my opinion.

With 40+ years of annual real Christmas trees and many tree stands along the way, this stand is by far the absolute best. We’ve had it now for 4 years and as I put it away for next Christmas, I wanted to share my satisfaction. We typically get fresh cut 7-8’ fraser fir trees but have gone taller on occasion. The setup with this stand is incredibly easy and making adjustments to ensure the tree’s straight is very simple. The water tank with float gauge is large and has never leaked. The extendable support feet ensure a very stable footing and that has been an absolute must for us based on the cost and fragile nature of our mostly art glass ornaments. When the sad day comes to take the tree down there is no stress since removal of the tree from the stand is a simple click on the foot pedal and we wisk the tree out the door. Bottomline, this stand is worth every penny. It makes the putting up and taking down of the tree one of the least stressful things during the Christmas holiday.

My family has used a traditional tree stand with four bolts that you have to manually tighten for years. Setting up a tree and getting it straight always took two of us, and multiple adjustments (with some bickering =)). The trees never felt stable, and last year the tree fell down.This year I wanted to find a new stand. I ordered this one based on its reviews and the novel design. We ordered the Large version.It is an absolute game changer - I was able to set up the tree (7' this year), get it perfectly straight and stable, all by myself in only a minute or two. I tried pushing it around and verified it is very stable.A secondary bonus feature that I love is the visual water level. Today I walked by the tree and saw that the reservoir was less than 1/2 full so topped it off. With my old stand I would have to crawl under the tree and try to look at the level / dip my fingers in to gage whether or not I needed more water. Now I can see that (and prevent over filling it) by looking at the very easy to see indicator while walking by the tree.Yes this is relatively expensive, but the convenience is worth it. I cannot speak to the reliability as I have only just purchased it, but it feels very well made and I anticipate this will last for years if not decades.

I have always been more of a metal is better than plastic kind of person (willing to pay more for assumed quality, durability, and longevity of metal products), because of that, I was slow to make the move to the Krinner tree stands. After a string of several different relatively expensive, but flawed (rust, bent screws, locking nuts coming off in tree trunk, instability, etc.), old-school and supposedly heavy-duty metal tree stands, the many positive reviews of the Krinner stands convinced me to try one out a couple of years ago.Tonight was Christmas tree #3 up in this much better stand. Youngest son remarked that this was so much quicker and easier (lower stress) than the other stands. I had to agree, and decided this was definitely a product worth the effort of posting a review for.1. The tree goes up easily in a minute or two (no adjusting, readjusting, tightening, and loosening several times over several minutes) 2. Stand is stable/sturdy (stabilizer feet=+) (no fear of tree tipping over when slowly moving stand for light placement and decorating - same is true when loading on ornaments, even several relatively heavy ones) 3. Less frequent tree watering is required due to the large water reservoir (water level indicator is pretty good at letting you know when to fill) 4. Quick and easy tree removal after holidays, with no corrosion control effort/treatment of stand (rust fighting ) needed.They aren't the cheapest stands, but in my experience so far, they're worth it.

If you’re going to have a natural tree, buy one of these - just one, ever - they are unbelievably functional and convenient.

Vale cada centavo. Aquí en México se acostumbra (al menos donde yo vivo) clavarle una cruz de madera al pino para que se mantenga de pie. Este año compré mi soporte krinner, fui con la familia a escoger árbol muy temprano, escogimos uno tipo Noble de 190cm de alto, recién estaba llegando muy fresco y bonito y lo pedimos sin la dichosa cruz de madera, lo compramos, lo amarraron a la camioneta, llegamos a la casa, lo bajé, lo metí a la sala, levanté el pino 10cm, mi esposa lo centro en el krinner, lo bajé lentamente, ella pisó el pedal unas cuantas veces y en menos de 30 segundos el pino ya estaba en pie, agregamos agua periódicamente y a diferencia de años anteriores parece que va llegar a enero en muy buen estado.

Great product, can not believe I have not bought this earlier. Had the Christmas tree up in less than 5 minutes.

Base pesada y firme para arboles naturales de hasta 2.4 metros de altura. Tiene deposito para 4 litros de agua. La ultima version tiene flotador que te indica el nivel del agua. Tiene patas que se extienden para darle mayo estabilidad. Super facil de usar, solo hay que presionar el pedal en repetidas ocasiones para que sierre el mecanismo que sujeta el arbol. Tiene seguro que impide que se libere el mecanismo.
