My kids decided Daddy needed a Lilo and Stitch cake. I wasn't quite feeling up to shaping and icing a full sized cake, so I made cupcakes and got these to go on too. In the picture they have been on around 24 hours and although the icing had started to melt the wafers were intact and the colour didn't run. They were softer than expected when we ate them. Best part was they had little flavor other than sweetness.
