Very easy to install, I did however watch a YouTube video first. I think what I learned by watching video was that you do not pull tension pins until your 100% done, thank god I did because there is so power in that roller. Looks good, nice and tight. My RV is a 2022 Apex Nano, but unit was very adjustable.

Missing Parts
Ordered 4 Toppers and one came as an open item and missing the Awning Rail, followed the missing parts on their customer website hopefully will be resolved quickly so topper can be installed.Toppers are easy to installed and seem to be good quality, received them quickly after ordering happy with look

Very solid cover for the slide out
The slide topper is very solid and fits perfectly. However, the machining of the metal parts was poor with burs in the screw holes. I had to drill out the screw holes before I could use the parts. The instructions are okay but a little fuzzy in places.

Solera Slide Topper seam failure.
Ordered February 2nd, installed on March 9th, welded seam failed on April 7th. No tears whatsoever in fabric.Update, Lippert says they will warranty the Slide out topper only if I have my RV taken to a dealer. Mind you, we live in this RV full-time and don’t have a tow-vehicle to tow it. The slide topper is already off the RV, the welded seam failed, no tears nothing. Starting to sound like going to have to go thru my credit card for a refund as this is less than 2 months old. Buyer beware….

Fit and function is 100%
The kit includes everything to install less the butyl tape as indicated. The tape is a must and purchased at a hardware store. No problems

Slide out topper
Came on time and was very easy to assemble and install.Helps a whole lot if you have someone to help. Extra set of hands so to say.I was able to do it by myself just had to do some rigging to hold up one end.

Disappointed in how it arrived, twice
I have not put the product on my camper yet however I am giving a 2 star review based on how I received my product. The first time I received it there was nothing on the sides of the tube that the awning came in to keep everything inside. All the mounting equipment was missing. After almost a week of trying to return it and get a new one, I get a new one where only 1 side of the tube is closed up and the other side is open. The part of the awning on the open side is damaged. It’s very disappointing to spend this kind of money and I’m having to install something that is scratched up and beat up.
