These butter warmers are perfect when I have a seafood feast. They use tea lights, so they are great to use outside. They keep my lobster meat warm and buttery until I'm ready to eat it.

I enjoyed using this for our traditional family seafood boil; the butter stayed warm. Just a heads-up: the plate can get quite hot, but overall, it seems like a good purchase.

These worked great. I put a frozen half stick of butter in them and the butter melted in less than five minutes. I'd say the distance between tea light candle and ramekin is perfect. The only thing I don't like about it is that lighting the candles causes a burn mark on the bottom of the ramekin. They all probably do that. I just like things to remain in new condition a little longer. :-)

We used 2 sets of the butter warmers for our Christmas snow crab dinner. They were even used by the kids (youngest was 8). They worked extremely well to keep the butter melted during the meal which lasted for more than an hour. Easy clean up. Bowls are the perfect size.
