We’re a family that do like a coffee and being able to have the frothy milk for home lattes is awesome. It’s really quick to do and does make the latte have that extra bonus taste to it. Inside it has some helpful little markings too showing the minimum amount of milk you have to put in it. Then two other markings showing the max you can put in for two other things, one max for if your frothing milk then another for if you’re heating milk. The frothing thing works absolutely fantastically. We’ve got plenty of home coffee stuff and this has just added to it. Now we can make a latte from scratch and it has every little thing added to it just like a coffee shop would.

On a morning before work I used to always go into my local coffee place to grab a latte. However I have been trying to save money (and time) and decided to cut back. This milk frother is turning out to be a brilliant way to save money while getting the same amazing taste. The milk froths to a perfect consistency without tasting strange or off. It takes no time to prepare and is even easier to clean up. I normally set it going while i quickly nip upstairs to get ready and by the time I’m back down it’s already done. Very impressed by it, and I’ve worked in a coffee place before!

Very pleased that I now can have lattes at home. Only criticism is that because it can't be immersed in water you have to be very careful to wash any residue left from milk as it tends to cling to the surface inside. Other than that, it works well and is very quick.

Good build quality with a polished Stainless Steel finish and good 150 ml max capacity for Frothing (most are 115 ml) with this design. The handle is chunky for a secure hold, Works well producing froth to the required warm temperature. The instruction book is clear to understand and plenty of length on the mains lead for most people. A two year warranty is reassuring its made to last.My only small "niggle" is the lid has no handle to remove it, so you need to be careful not to touch the sides of the jug that can get hot with repeated use, however there is a overhang on the lid but should be bigger. Other than that a great product.

This machine is not a patch on the James version I had before. The performance is erratic and despite trying several alternatives (more/less/cold/room temp milk etc and refrothing) I cannot get it to produce a standard amount of froth. The froth consistency is also poor as just putting a dusting of chocolate topping on, the topping penetrates the foam and leaves an ugly cratered appearance. If I could find a James version I would scrap this Savisto look-alike immediately.

This was an awful device. The bottom whisk is placed too far to one side meaning the milk does not circulate properly making two opposite and equally frustrating things happen each time:1. The milk will be not very warm as it does not get moved around enough to ensure it's all heated through2. Milk would burn to the bottom on the side opposite the whisk.This means whenever you will heat the milk and then go back to froth some more for the top, you will have to clean out the unit (which is awkward because it's a small space and the plastic bit that you put the whisk head on cannot be removed and is in the way) unless you want to get chunks of burnt milk in your beautiful foam.By the time you're finished letting the unit cool enough to clean it without burning your fingers, putting more milk, and making the nice foam, because the milk you've warmed wasn't made to be that hot to begin with, the whole thing will be cold by the time it's ready to drink. Avoid this, get one of real quality!

Out of the two whisks, one makes extremely thick milk , the other whisk is much more suitable but I found the whisk attachment very loose and it fell off several times until I lost it after just a couple of weeks. I registered the warranty with Savisto and contacted customer service regarding obtaining a new whisk but they have not replied to my email! Totally unimpressed with their customer service and I would not choose this brand again!

This product is extremely easy to use. Heats the milk to the perfect temperature and froths it for barista style coffee. Also used it to make lattes. Instructions easy to follow and cleaning the machine is quick and fuss free. Very quiet when heating!I would recommend if you enjoy coffee shop drinks at a fraction of the price. Excellent!
