Item not as advertised
Unfortunately, the item I received, as a gift for a family member, was not the mug that was shown in the images. It was an ihop mug but it wasn’t the one advertised or paid for. This was very disappointing and I am waiting for this to be rectified…

Not as pictured
I did not receive the mug as pictured. I ordered this to replace the one my dad broke. It was his favorite cup and he drank out of it everyday. Very disappointed.

It was as represented.
I loved it. Really pleased. I broke my mother's favorite cup, replaced with this one and she barely could tell it wasn’t her original. Quick response from seller too. Highly recommend.
