Knee and back alignment
Perfect for side sleepers and you can easily remove the soft and comfy cover to wash. I use it each night while I'm suffering with low back, hip and knee pain. Great product and value for money. The designer has thought long and hard about the shape and durability of this. Also super light weight and easy to switch side when you roll over during the night.

Very useful
I have had sciatica and ongoing back pain. Although I find it hard to lie in the required position with this for more than about half an hour (ie on your side), it definitely helps relieve pain. And is very comfy. And will even move with you when you roll over. But I like to move my legs around more at night so only use it for brief periods.

Wonderful product.
Ordered the pillow to relieve the pressure on my knees and lower back, I have a wonderful memory foam type mattress which is so comfy I found that I hardly moved but that came with its problems, my legs were frequently numb or achy from the pressure, I’m a big lad, 6ft, 14.5st so figured it was only going to get worse which it eventually did, I had a choice of buying a new mattress which wasn’t going to happen as ours was super expensive or search for another option, enter the knee pillow, it’s superb, super soft to the touch, a quality memory foam shape which doesn’t get too hot and offers great relief to the legs, great value for money and I’m very pleased with the results, if I had one gripe, it would be that it can move even if I don’t, I think a strap would be a must for their next one, then it would be a 10/10, for now I’d say 8/10 for the reason this one doesn’t have one and the stitching on my branding on the pillow was a little wonky but that’s forgivable as it’s the results not the look that count, try it, for the money you won’t be disappointed! (I paid a tenner if interested).

Can’t say I would recommend
Good quality and appears to be well made. The issue I have with it is that the foam is too rigid and doesn’t seem to mould to my legs - I find it uncomfortable to use and end up waking up in the night to remove it. I was recommended to use one of these by my physiotherapist following kneecap surgery but I haven’t found it beneficial to my quality of sleep.

Ensures perfect posture for side sleeping
Exceptionally happy with this product. I sleep in my left side, mainly due to pain in my right shoulder. This simple product sets my whole body in perfect alignment for sleep. I am sleeping much better and waking with significantly less pain in my shoulder. I no longer wake with stiffness in my lower back.Very happy with this purchase.

Not really for me.
So I ordered this because I have arthritis of the spine and neck which is painful most of the time, so after reading the reviews I thought I would give this a try.First of all it's quite small which is good and has a zipped removable cover that you can take off and wash. Great.BUT I just don't find this very comfortable to be able to lie in bed or wherever all night with that stuck between my knees. I really do get the concept and because of my pain I will try anything but i can only stand it for about an hour max and then I start to get uncomfortable. It is very firm so there is not a lot of give in it also. And I'm afraid I am one of those people who like to change positions in the night, sometimes on my stomach and sometimes on my side. I move around a lot because of my pain and just really to find my self in a comfortable position to sleep. So unless you lie in the same position all night which would be on your side then this might be of benefit to you, but if like me you like to move around then I don't see how this can help. A great idea and if I go lie on top of the bed to read I use it because I'm awake and only maybe reading for an hour at a time, but for all night sleeping it a no from me.

Very LIGHT and COMFY to use, with a very soft covering.
As a side sleeper it is ideal and does the job of easing the knees and keeping them cool. I now sleep with it for an uninterrupted sleep of 5 hours, plus 2 or 3 to follow up 'free form' without it. Before I bought the knee cushion I was only ever getting 2 or 3 hours sleep at one stretch. The 'egg-timer' shape seems to anchor me in a good position so that I don't wake up feeling that I need to get up and change position, which in itself sends you off to the bathroom and disturbs your partner too. An ordinary cushion slips about, this is perfectly shaped. I have recommended to several friends already. Thank-you.

Too Thin in the middle, zip broke after 1st wash
I sleep on my side, moving from left to right side in the night. For past 20 years have used some sort of pillow / foam to keep my legs parallel which is better for the lower back and hips.Though I try one designed for knees.Good:- good shape- very soft (turns out too soft)- zip not obstrusiveBad:- too thin where the knees/legs fit (~75mm)- then because so soft compresses further to ~ 25mm when one in place- zip broke 1st time we washed the coverThin part when legs / knees rest should be at least ~100mm thick when compressed. To this end I cut a slot with a serrated knife and inserted firmer foam in the middle to increase the thickness back to ~ 70mm (from 25). That way I had the soft outside and some actual support in the middle. Though still not quite enough.Zip breaking on first washing was the final straw. I'd happy pay for a decent one.
