This inflated out of the box without any problem and looks great. There is the electric pump though which makes a noise (about like a hairdryer on low), and in order to keep Santa inflated must be left on. Ours will be outside anyway, but for indoor use this could be a concern...Update. We now have this out on the lawn and have found Santa, though inflating, will not return to the upright position unless given some assistance. But its great looking and we will post a solution if we find one. Update. The only change we made was to lengthen the tie-down strings, (they were at a quarter of their extended length, to avoid tripping, now at half), and santa is inflating without any assistance at all. We love this one, though it would benefit from having a little more light inside.

It got wet in a rain shower and never inflated again. I missed the window to get the manufacture to refund or replace this item. Amazon wanted a response from the vendor in writing denning the claim. Never was able to get what Amazon wanted to back up replacement. First time ever Amazon did not back up warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

Cute santa and dog, just doesn't seem to get enough air into it so the dog sags a bit. The air blower seems weak.

First one failed immediately, second one is running fine. Good looking blow up but dog sometimes doesn't fill fully with air. No easy way to anchor to roof. Nice price.

I love the Santa and puppy, but it does not blow up completely. The puppy's head lays sideways and I have tried to reposition the inflatable numerous times but still no luck. Not sure if I'm keeping it. Too bad cause it could be cute.

Unpackaged it, plugged it in and the blower would not come on t inflate, had to return for a new one..... so not a good start

Works and is well weighted at bottom. I would like the inflator motor to be stronger.
